Successful track record of business startup with public funding. Qualified teacher with considerable experience of project management and contract management in the UK education sector.
Substantial experience in leading and supporting professional development and training programmes for teachers, developing a significant number of online and conventionally published resources. Achievements include successful contract tendering, contract management and project management, delivering results in excess of expectations. In addition, has a working knowledge of employment law and working with senior managers, the legal profession, and individuals on a case-by-case basis. Significant input to professional studies elements of post-graduate teacher education courses in over twenty-five UK universities and to external verification and examination in six universities, contributing to successful course development of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Extensive experience of national conference management, identifying and planning the delivery of keynote priorities to inform and support national initiatives and subject specialisms.
